Public Relations and Communication Specialist (Hybrid Working Model)

General Features:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or a similar field.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, has high persuasive ability.
  • Advanced knowledge of English (an additional language is preferred).

Job Description:

  • Developing and implementing effective communication strategies with the company’s external and internal target audiences.
  • Preparing press releases, articles, blog posts and social media content.
  • Managing relationships with the media and other relevant organizations and increasing the company’s media visibility.
  • Organizing special events, seminars and conferences.
  • Creating crisis communication plans and managing them when necessary.
  • Adapting to the hybrid working model; Being effective and efficient during flexible working hours from home and office.

Candidate Criteria:

  • Ability to work from home with your own computer and internet connection.
  • Ability to hold video meetings and pre-recorded meetings on the online platforms used by the company (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Expertise in social media and digital communication tools
